AREAS OF PRACTICE
Joshua Wueller is an associate in the firm’s transactional and litigation departments. He counsels businesses and professionals in a broad range of fields, including music, film, television, Internet, social media, marketing, telecommunications and book publishing.
Josh has successfully resolved a number of licensing, marketing, employment and other commercial disputes for his clients. Josh drafts, revises and negotiates a wide range of agreements and contracts, and he protects and enforces clients’ copyright, trademark and privacy interests. He has organized, amended and dissolved business entities across the country, and he advises startups, small businesses and larger companies on matters of legal compliance and best practices.
Prior to joining KMT, Josh worked in New York City with a boutique business, entertainment and intellectual property law firm, as well as the legal department of a large international music company. During law school, Josh served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ron Clark, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Texas. He was Editor-in-Chief of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law and Co-President of Brooklyn Law School’s Intellectual Property Law Association.
